Chef of the most prestigious hotels in Rome, appreciated by celebrities like Luciano Pavarotti, Bill Gates, Liza Minnelli, Rita Levi Montalcini and many more, he reinforced his professionalism meeting internationally known and award-winning chefs.
In 2004 he received the Premio Personalità Europea of the year, an award in the field of arts delivered at the Campidoglio.
In 2009 he fulfilled his biggest aspiration: a restaurant of his own, but not a regular restaurant, a sort of food gallery, where art merges with gourmet food.
Only 20 days after the opening, the restaurant was recommended by the Gambero Rosso restaurant guide.
After 4 years, Gaetano Costa can’t miss the opportunity given by the prestigious Boscolo Group. The chef moves to the Boscolo Aleph, a 5 stars hotel where, as he says, he feels “at home” because of its architecture and colours.
