The Borromini Hotel is located in the heart of Parioli, Rome's finest residential area and can be easily reached fom the main city arrival points.
From the highway
From the north, take the A1 highway. Head in the direction of “Aquila – Napoli” on the G.R.A. ring road of Rome, then take Exit n. 8 “Salaria” and follow signs for downtown. After 7 km, at the traffic light at the end of the walls of Villa Ada park, turn right on Via Panama. After the next intersection (Largo Bangladesh), turn left on Via Lisbona. Hotel Borromini is at nr. 7.
From the south, take the A1 highway. Head in the direction of “Firenze” on the G.R.A. ring road of Rome, then take Exit n. 8 “Salaria” and follow signs for downtown. After 7 km, at the traffic light at the end of the walls of Villa Ada park, turn right on Via Panama. After the next intersection (Largo Bangladesh), turn left on Via Lisbona. Hotel Borromini is at nr. 7.
From Ancona/Pescara, take highway A14 to the junction with highway A24 (Aquila – Rome), then follow signs for the “tangenziale est”, which you’ll take in the direction of “S. Pietro – Stadio Olimpico”. Take the Via Nomentana exit and follow signs for downtown. After 3.5 km, turn left at the intersection on Viale Regina Margherita, then follow the road and take Viale Liegi. Once you arrive in Piazza Ungheria, turn left on Via Lima. The first street on your right is Via Lisbona. Turn right on Via Lisbona, and you’ll find Hotel Borromini at nr. 7.
From the Termini Train Station
The Termini train station is approximately 5 km away. The taxi takes 15 to 20 minutes from the station. You can also take the subway to the Tiburtina subway stop. Bus service is also available. The hotel is 45 minutes away on foot.
From the Leonardo da Vinci / Fiumicino Airport
The airport is 48 km away. The taxi takes 45 – 60 minutes. The Leonardo Express light rail is also available every 30 minutes to downtown Rome.
From the Ciampino Airport
The airport is 30 km away. The taxi takes 30 – 40 minutes. |
