It began as a pork butcher's, and nowadays has a detailed selection of cheeses (over 300 types) and cold meats, as well as caviar and wild Alaskan salmon. There is a good wine cellar. Just a few meters from this historic shop, the Ercoli fishmongers has the best fish taken off Anzio, Formia, Terracina and Fiumicino. All of these delicacies can be tasted in the inner room furnished in a classical and discreet manner, perfect for a quick lunch, aperitif or dinner.
