One of Rome's oldest and most famous museums. The museum is housed in the Galleria Borghese which was built in 1613 by Cardinal Scipione Borghese for his art collection. It has works by Caravaggio, Titian, Raphael, Bernini as well as sculptures by Canova including the famous 'Paolina Borghese'
