A bakery founded in 1910 at the Vicolo del Moro in the heart of Trastevere, which produces traditional bread specialities (Ferrarese, baguettes, durum wheat, milk, and so on) and also special dietary bread (Panda, cereals, Kanut, natural fermentation and so on). It has also added sales of special Italian cheese and cold meat and a wine cellar with 80 different types of wine
