Antony Genovese is one of Italy's best chefs and opened this restaurant in the heart of the capital five years ago, after a career which saw him spend 4 years in the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence and then in Tokyo, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. This restaurant is modern and positively eclectic, and does not hide itself away amongst the classic dishes of traditional Roman cuisine. The sweets are prepared by Marion Lichtle, one of Rome's best pastry cooks.
